One of the best renewable items we have on this planet is our trees. From trees we create wood and paper products that surround our everyday lives. Responsible wood producers even plant samplings in place of trees used for production in order to continue the cycle. At Allied we have the opportunity to continue this cycle also, by not only purchasing used pallets, but also remanufacturing pallets from damaged ones.

Damaged wood pallets are an everyday occurrence in shipping and receiving, and because of that, it's important to have a program in place that allows for recycling of damaged goods that not only protects the planet, but protects your investment. At Allied we are  at the forefront  of programs such as this. When a damaged pallet arrives at our facility it is evaluated to determine if individual parts need to be replaced or the unit totally dismantled for parts.  Heavily damaged pieces are recycled to become other wood based products.

Even long term storage of this material poses no harm to the environment since that where it came from in the first place.
